Here is an example of my work to keep our team aligned and hit every production milestone on time.
I engineered a custom Agile framework in Notion tailored to our team pipeline and scope constraints.
1. Milestone-Driven Roadmapping
Production was structured around two critical deliverables:
a playable Proof of Concept featuring Steam P2P multiplayer, and a first toy prototype milestone.
Epics are mapped sequentially with defined timelines rather than isolated dates,
ensuring core 3C and level greybox tasks advance in tandem before network integration locks.

2. Calibrated Capacity & Cost Tracking
Rather than assuming a theoretical 40-hour work week, I calibrated the sprint engine to reflect our
real-world availability alongside academic workloads (targeting a realistic 10 man-days per weekly
sprint across 4 team members). Using native rollups and dynamic formulas, the database monitors
allocated man-days in real time against strict thresholds, instantly signaling available bandwidth or
potential overload while calculating true department costs based on median industry rates.

Iterative Execution & Quality Gates
Daily operations run on an active Kanban board grouped by status. Instead of a simplistic
To-Do/Done list, the workflow enforces explicit review stages by funneling tasks through Under review
and Rework before reaching Done. This setup prevents premature merges, protects our live Steam
build from untested regressions, and highlights cross-discipline blockers during daily stand-ups.
